ALTENATOR/ELECTRICAL not charging issue new alt please help!!!

well last night i wired up the fuel pump along with the innovative hot wire kit, and the kenne bell boost a pump and then after all of that i go to turn the car on and my newly installed 220amp ALtenator decides to not charge above 11.7 volts average i paid close to $200 and i am pissed its killing my battery as it doesnt want to charge the battery at the 13.5V that it should be charging at, i took it to the shop that did it for me and on there machine the alt charges 14V but on my car like i said it wont charge above 11.7V the battery while its running is saying on the multimeter that its at 12.5-12.6 then the thick hot wire going to the back of the altenator is reading the same 12.5V-12.6V but in the car on my scanmaster im only getting 11.7V then i decided to read the voltage coming off the innovative hotwire fuel pump relay which is brand new coming from alt going to FP and i am only getting 11.5 or less at the back of the car what gives i have electricity coming out of the kenne Bell BAP is obviously working as i am getting 14.25V at 20% on the adjustable dial so thats working fine but not getting the overall 13.0 to 13.5 on the car on the scanmaster.i am running the Boost-a-pump as i will be turbocharging my car and i happended to have one here as well so i decided to install while i was doing all the wiring to the fuel pump, which also has a new denso supra fuel pump as well.

p/s i also noticed that when i rev up the engine volts go up to 12.5 for a short flicker then if i rev it up a little higher from that point it actually goes to 10.? on the mulitmeter.

any help on this would be great as i am at whits end with this electrical crapola.

car is a 95 z-28 lt1 a4

Sometimes that push on connector on the bottom of the alternator is easy to forget. If not, you might check all of the fuses.

I think people may be having a hard time reading that long paragraph, with no punctuation other than a couple commas and two periods. Very hard to follow.

The voltage read on the ScanMaster is typically 1V or so below the voltage measured at the battery.

Normal voltage at idle is around 13.8~14.2 at the battery... Was the alternator woking properly before the fuel pump change???
