what size injectors should i run.

right now i have the mods in my sig with the addition of a comp. cc305cam. i know its a mild cam but soon i plan on stepping up to a le2 or similar heads/cam package.

i would like to know, if i buy bigger injectors now, is there a size that will work good with both combos when tuned. i was thinking of getting 28 or 30lb injectors but would that be too much for what i have right now? if anyones got an info id appreciate it, i really do not wanna buy 2 sets of injectors.

For now, you should be OK with the stock injectors. When you upgrade to the LE2 the 30's will work well, or the 30's would work with either combination.

30lb. injectors would work for now and later. Like you said, no need to buy them twice. My Ford 30lb. SVO's have worked well for me.

What kind of flywheel HP are you envisioning for the future? A good heads/cam package may need more than the 30's.

in the future i would estimate having somewhere in the neighborhood of 410-430rwhp, that shouldnt be too much for 30's should it?

Injectors are sized based on flywheel HP, not rear wheel. At 430rwHP on an M6, you are going to be around 500 flywheel HP. With an "average" tune (0.475 BSFC) a set of 30 #/HR injectors will be at just about 100% duty cycle. Not a good idea to stress your injectors by running them at 100% DC. A 35 #/HR injector would be a better choice (85% DC). There is no problem with running a larger injector, as long as you have the PCM programmed with the correct flow rate and offsets.
