p0133 code again

I can't seem to figure out why I always get this code. I replaced the oxygen sensor, and after less than 300 miles I get the same code. Could it be a leak on that side of the intake manifold or something? I checked all the hoses for cracks, fitment, etc. and it looks good. Its just frustrating and I don't want to spend more money on an oxygen sensor I just replaced. Any ideas?? Thanks.

Did you check the ENTIRE length of wire from the O2 plug up to the ECM?

Slow sensor response is generally a contaminated sensor. Any possibility something is contaminating the outside of the sensor, like some sort of fluid leak? I've seen this happen. Any chance you have a coolant leak into that bank?

I havn't checked the entire length of the sensor wire yet. I don't think anything is leaking as my coolant level is fine and hasn't changed any since I did a flush on the radiator. How would I be able to tell if I was leaking coolant and how much of it burning can contaminate a sensor? Thanks.

Oh, and nothing is leaking on the outside of the sensor. I just checked.
