Clutch Recommendation

The original clutch in my Dad's '96 Z28 finally gave up. I'm looking for suggestions for a suitable replacement.

The car's a regular driver that sees some spirited driving but will probably never see a sticky tire or a drag strip. I'm thinking about using the Ram HD set #88516 and re-surfacing the original flywheel. Any thoughts on this combination? What about the factory hydraulics? Any upgrades needed there?

Also, are there any LT1 specialists in the Mid-Atlantic area that could perform this install?

Thanks for the help,
Rick

Re: Clutch Recommendation

Yeah, what he said...i just put in an SLP set up.....if im right they said its rated to handle upwards of 380 hp...if you havent resurfaced the flywheel already, it should be ok...although if its been done once already i might buy a new one...
