Happy Hooker

I'm fixing to have to pull my engine and wondered if anyone has tried the Happy Hooker. If the happy hooker works good i'd rather use it if it makes pulling the engine and instaling it easier with the intake still on.
Thanks
JE

I've never heard of it. Can you explain what it does?

You might want to search for info on dropping the engine out of the bottom. Several people have found that to be a lot easier, and at least one of them has an online procedure.

Is it safe to pull the engine by using a plate bolted where the fuel rail bolts go? Lifting the engine by the aluminum intake manifold seems like it might cause distortion issues...

50 bucks from TPIS, and no it will not hurt the intake it comes with grade 8 bolts so nothin brakes, it is only easier to pull it from the bottom if you have a lift.
