Will hooker shorties bolt directly

Will the hooker shorties bolt directly to the stock y-pipe on a 97 witout modification to the y-pipe?

just guessing, I would be inclined to say no. I may very well be wrong, but the flange on the stock manifolds isn't what you would call standard. So if they have a funny looking triangular shaped flange, then they probably will. If it looks like a regular exhaust flange, then no.

The ones i recently bought didnt fit either. Got em from Jegs. the flanges on the headers were a 2 bolt on the passenger side and a triangular 3bolt on the driver side. Passenger side def will not fit cuz stck is a 3bolt flange, the driver side 3bolt tri flange on the header was 2 big 2 fit in the stock position.

i called Hooker and jegs, sales rep says it was supposed 2 come flange adapters 2 fit. no flanges in my box. did flanges come with yours?. i sent them back and i hopefully they send me back the stuff if not I WANT MY MONEY BACK SUCKAS!!!.
