Can just anyone post a "Sticky" in a forum, or do they have to be established by a moderator? Reason I'm asking is I think I have a very useful one that could go in the Drivetrain forum.....

.....there are WAY to many threads asking about gear ratios, and what cars had what, so I think it would be helpful to have a great big STICKY at the top of the page with all the important information about gear options stated once and for all .

I know that the search function is available, but the problem is that newbies don't ever (know how/to) use it, and I think that is often where those common questions come from. Funny, I know that my first post on this board was "LT1 vs. LS1".....
.....now how many times has that been asked?!?
