sticky tb!!!! can i lube or something?

sticky tb!!!! can i lube or something?

i think my tb its sticky cause when i put it on neutral or press the clutch when im driving my rpms down go dow
thanksn fast as they should

How slow are we talking here? Cause they should plumete like a rock and they shouldnt slam quickly down to the idle speed. The tach needle should sit right about the idle rpm before it drops down to the speed when you stop. Remember this isnt a hi-reving honda civic.

for example if i drive the car at 60 and in 6th my rpms are like 1600 and if i press the the clutch stays at 1500
or if i go from 1srt to 2nd the rpms stay at 4500+ until i put 2

Wow, this has to be the most common question asked by far.

There are PCM tables that tell your engine to sloowly drop RPM's at higher speeds to preserve vacuum in the engine.

Here are pics of the tables for manual and automatic cars.
