and so it begins!
Re: and so it begins!
I hate to even report it, but I just came on to see if the site was faster, and immediately had a ~25 second load time.
Same issue as before... once the site comes up, it loads almost instantly. But when I click a link, it just sits there waiting. I can click and click and it won't go. Then after the 20~30 second wait, page loads quick.
It happens most often when I haven't visited the site in a while, although it's not limited to that. Makes me think it might be the DNS servers, however sometimes if I'm in the middle of browsing, I'll click a link, and it'll randomly hang for a while.

Re: and so it begins!
Sorry to say Robb, but the issue is still present for me. The biggest issue seems to be the initial connection. Once I finally get a response from the site I can sit and refresh all day and get sub 4 second refreshes. But the initial one almost always takes 30+ seconds.

Well.... it was nice while it lasted (less than 2 days) but 53 seconds to load "General 1967-2002 F-Body Tech" this morning, and similar experiences startoing a bit after noon (EDT) on Monday. Hang-ups, blank screens, sloooww-w-w-w-w-w-w-w--w-w.
Ughhhhh.
Ughhhhh.

32 seconds to load the Lounge this morning.
The behavior I'm seeing smells VERY strongly of a database table lacking an important index. Have you guys profiled the database and/or involved a good DBA?
