Do talk to someone here if i am having a problem with a site supporter vendor?

 

That depends. We only let them advertise here, we do not get involved in their transactions simply because we have nothing to do with them. It is hard to not get stuck in the middle when getting involved, even if it is just to help.

HOWEVER,
A common misunderstanding or disagreement is one thing, but we do not look the other way if many people are getting blatantly screwed. I doubt this is the case becuase we have had to kick only one advertiser off due to bad dealings, that was years ago, though.

So, having said that, please e-mail me the details so we at least have them on record. I can assure you I will read it and if there is some way I can help without being caught in the middle of it, I certainly will try. Understand I may not be able to do anything at all.
