Flood control...

bringing it up again...

any chance bumping it down to 60 seconds? Maybe less?

90 seconds is rediculous.


I did a search and there were some ideas but not jsut lowering as a whole for everyone.

Is it just to maybe cut down on the bandwith usage? Maybe a reason will stop all the questions.
