Last Fall I ordered new Zaino to replenish my supply for this Spring, anyway was recently looking at what I had and noticed that my old Z-5 (black bottle) has a red cap and the new bottle, a blue cap? Does that mean anything? ...and the Z-2 (clear bottle) 'old' was more orange in color and 'new' is pink? I don't think I ordered these in time for the reformulations(?) or just different colors? Did the Z-2 go bad? Ideas? ...just curious. -Jeff

 

Newer formulas. The Z-5 has been reformulated. The Z-2 has been reformulated and improved twice.

 

The color of the caps do not mean that much, the new Z-5 is yellow in color of the product and the new Z-2 should say "Pro" on the label.

Z-9 is the Leather Cleaner that has been around for years, the new product you are talking about is Z-8 Spray Seal which is like a spray wax or spray polish. We have another new product coming soon and that is a swirl remover made to use with the Porter Cable.
