Weatherstrip install

Anyone ever try and replace the weatherstrip around the door opening and outside t top edge themselves? I'm trying to guage the difficulty involved. Is there a website with a good write up I can follow? Does all of the moldings/trim and couple screws hold it in? Can't tell if there's any glueing involved.

Any help is appreciated. My car developed a small leak between the window and the t-top at the very top. Not sure if its the window slightly misaligned or a flat spot in either weather strip. I've been to several shops and the only ones that will touch it want to charge $100 per hour until they figure it out.

Thanks

if its the window i dunno how they adjust that but they have to take the door panel off and get in there and do what they need to do, so it may be cheaper than replacing window motor and track, but its on the track i believe to adjust.. heh
