Waxing help
Haven't had a new vehicle in some time, and I intend to keep this one 'show room shiny'. Any guidelines as to how long to wait before the first wax job? I know Zaino is the best, my brother and his 'Vette swear by it, but he didn't have an answer for me!
Thanks in advance!

New cars are ready to wax or polish the day they come off the truck at the dealership, the paints are cured at the factory, Zaino away. Your dealership may have already waxed it, you will want to make sure to wash with Dawn first to remove this.

You can wax/polish it now. The time it takes for the car to be transported to the dealership is plenty enough time. Plus, if you bought it off the lot, who knows how long it's been sitting there. Zanio is the best way to go in my opinion as it is polish, not wax so it will last much much longer. But regardless of what you go with, claybar it first. I clayed mine fresh off of the truck and was surprised how much contamination and rail dust came off. Claying will leave your finish smooth as glass and ready for whatever wax/polish you want to use. Enjoy the ride!
