showcar care
showcar care
Hi, My name is jeff. I own a custom auto body shop in Michigan and customize and restore quite alot of camaros as well as I am the owner of 1969 camaro that I have compleatly frame off restored. Alot of the cars I build we do indoor shows as well as many outdoor ones. Alot of the cars, as well as mine, do not see alot of road time and are usually kept in near perfect detail. I just wanted to let you guys know of a recent product we started using on our camaro and am now suggesting for all the cars we paint to use to maintain the paint finish. It was introduced to me by one of my customers and when I tried it, it was almost amazing. To put it in words, this product scented, clear, lubricated so as not to scratch the paint finish and acts almost like a spray on/wipe off glass cleaner that can be used on glass, chrome, paint finish, rims, almost everything on the exterior. The cars we do now really never even see water. They are cleaned in this method and it works awesome, fast and easy and looks perfect when done. We've used similar products for years but nothing has worked this nice and easy. The product is called Quick Shine and the only place at this time I know of until this product really hits the shelves is through a large company here in Michigan called www.Triggssupply.com under the automotive section which is where I order it from now. I also want to add one last tip and that is, never wax a freshly painted car for at least 90 days. But with this product you can use the day after you painted without any problem. That's why it works great for us with newly painted cars. CHECK IT OUT!! Hope I could be of help and when you see how great it works let your other camaro friends know. E-mail me if you have any questions at nikt911@aol.com. Thanks
Ehhhh......got spam? $16 for a detail spray.....I'll pass.
BTW, you can "wax" any fresh paint after about 2 weeks as long as you're using a product that can expand and contract with the paint. A natural wax will not allow this, but a polymer like Zaino will, and thus you can polish and protect a new car immediately after delivery.

not a wax or polymer
Does this Zaino have a 30 day money back guarantee like all of the products from biokleen at www.triggssupply.com. and do you wax or polymer you car all the time to keep it clean. Not really the same thing is it.

flag.
Like i said in my first post these cars i build don,t sit out in the rain, with there detail it would not be fun to make spotless again. Also i like a good wax or polmyer on a totally cured paint finish and the quick shine will not attack the wax or polymer like soap or other cleaners making it so you don,t have to wax it all the time, just quick shine over it, and as for the $16.00 for it over the years i have spent 50 times that on car things that did not work and i could not take or send them back.I only first posted this to help people out not to here from a brain washed fool like you. I have no problem with zaino i can,t say a bad thing about some thing i have not used like you can and once more does it have a money back guarantee so if you don,t like it you can send it back or is that a flag.

And as for your $16, I'll spend it on things I KNOW that work. FWIW, you can get a 7 or 10 year warranty on a Kia or other low end cars, but does this mean they are the best and you should go right out and buy one for the "guarantee"? Same thing with your 30 day "guarantee."
So you use this product on cars that never see the elements. How would it work on cars that DO see elements every day? And, last time I checked, if you're using a good quality wash and QD spray it won't remove or "attack" the wax or polish anyway. In fact, most QD sprays only serve to enhance the shine and protection of the existing wax, not attack it, unless you're using a wheel cleaner for your QD spray.

... other products. Thanks bodyman jeff for turning us on to another possibly good detailing product to add to the arsenal. It is always nice to read about other products that exist for automotive care. By the way $15 for 32oz is not very expensive IMO.

I AM VERY SORRY ABOUT CALLING YOU THAT. BUT YOU CAN,T REALLY THINK THAT ONLY THE THINGS FOR ZAINO OR THE THINGS YOU ARE ( SELLING) ARE THE ONLY GOOD ONES DO YOU.IF I FELT THAT WAY I WOULD NEVER BE A GREAT PAINTER ,I AM TURNED ON TO NEW THINGS COMING OUT THAT WORK BETTER ALL THE TIME AND THAT IS WHAT HAVING A OPEN MIND IS ALL ABOUT.
For one, I don't sell anything, Zaino included. And, two, I use many products along with Zaino. However, my experience comes from using and learning about dozens of products on the market. There are many good products out there, and there are just as many bad. I will only try and use products that I think will benefit me. And, as I said, I don't sell anything and never have. I'm an enthusiast by nature and I only select the best.
I sell Zaino, and Zaino was invented by one of the best custom painters that I know, I saw many years ago some of the best painted custom Vettes done by Sal Zaino's shop, these were at a Madison Square Garden custom car show. Sure there are many great car care products on the market today, but how many were invented by car painters? Probably not too many if any.
