RPO Code Reveals Different Color

Howdy, i was looking up all of my RPO codes last night and it said my car was originally a dark red? I used thirdgen.org but i was assuming the color codes never changed? Any ideas as to why it might've said it was red instead of green? The ENTIRE car is green on the outside, underbody, engine bay and all.
*if this is in the wrong forum, im sorry

If you are trying to get the paint code it is on the sticker in the glove box or the sticker on the drivers door. There is a WA-XXXX number or a U-XXXX number. At my job,I have experienced, more than a few times where a car has had the wrong paint code put in it at the assembly plant( mis coded)big pain in the a$$ to figure out what the actual paint code is.
