recently i hit the back of a truck , no major damage done just have to replace the waffle in the nose, but anyway i have cracks and a bunch of paint missing from the front.

need to know whats the best way to remove the paint off the nose so that i can spray it again?

You could try either good ol' fashioned hand sanding, or there are products like grafitti remover that bubble the paint off and you simply srape it off. Or, and I wanna try this when i need to repaint something, dot 3 brake fluid. Any way you go be sure to take the front clip off first.
