Quick question about application.
I will be a first time Zaino user and I want to get this right. Is this the correct procedure:
Wash car
Clay bar
wash car with Dawn
A few coats of Z5 with spraying Z6 in between each time
A few coats of Z2 with spraying Z6 in between each time
Note:I will use the ZFX with every coat of the Z2 and Z5.
Is this correct? And how much time do I leave between Z2 and Z5 before starting another coat? Thanks.

Remove any deep surface scratches with SMR (meg#9)
Clay with a lube
Re-wash with Z7
Start applying Z5/ZFX until satisfied with swirl removal (filling)
Top with Z2
Enjoy the fantastic shine and protection!!

You're mostly correct Neil...here's what I'd suggest.
1> Wash car with DAWN first.
2> Clay bar using Z7 wash as the lube or another wash or detail spray of your choice.
3> Do a final Z7 wash to remove any residue from the claying. Actually, you can combine this last Z7 wash with step 2 if you use Z7 as the lube with clay. After you clay each panel, go back over it with pure Z7 suds for a final rinse, thus eliminating the need for another wash. It's up to you though... Also, removing any swirl marks and deep cleaning the paint should be done after claying, if your car needs it. This is very important if you want that perfect shine. The surface needs to be as perfect as possible before ever applying Zaino.
4> Z6 the entire car.
5> Use ZFX with Z2 and/or Z5. DO NOT do more than 3 coats in one day of either one or a combination of the two polishs or it will become tacky and harder to work with, basically overloading the polish system on the paint. With ZFX, as soon as the product dries and is removed, you can immediately apply another coat, up to 3 per day.
6> Step back and admire that long lasting shine!! Be sure to have these handy while staring at your car with the blinding Zaino shine >>>

7> You're done! Zaino is extremely easy to maintain, since it's a very long lasting product. Regular washings with Z7 and the occasional Z6 spray make the car look like it was just Zainoed with the polishes!
Another quick note...use high quality toweling to help prevent those annoying swirl or spiders. I recommend POLO toweling, Charisma, or Noble Choice...they are the cream of the crop.
Hope this helps...
Mike

Just as MikeLS stated... 3 coats max per day using ZFX. I would keep applying Z5 until you are satisfied with its elimination of surface marring before moving on to Z2. It may take as many as 5-10 coats to maximize itself filling. Anything not filled at this point would require some SMR to completely cure.
