Exclamation Need help with a scratch

I have about a 10in scratch above my rear wheel. I have no idea how it happened. I can barely feel it when I run my nail across it. So what do you guys think I should do? or try? Or am i going to have to get this damn thing repainted? TIA

Try a mild polishing compound like 3M Swirl Mark Remover part number 39009 to see if you can make it less noticable.
