Question Scratch still there after Zaino

Well, I still have two rather bad scratches that are apparent after one coat of Z1, three coats of Z5 (rubbed some extra into scratches with my fingers), and three coats of Z6. Is there anything further you guys can suggest to lessen these scratches or are they just going to have to be dealt with professionally? The swirl marks are vastly improved but boy, these scratches have me whipped, I think. I saw a commercial on TV this morning for a product called GS27 that is supposed to repair even the worst scratches - anybody know about this product and I wonder if it could be used over all the Zaino at this point??

I swear, though, that my car wants to go faster now with Zaino on it, nyuk nyuk. . .

Some scratches are just too deep for the Z-5 to fill, I have them in a few places on my car from previous dealership screw ups, but I live with them as I know that I would have to remove a but load of clear coat and paint to get to the bottom of the groove in the scratch in order to hide it.

If you want to lesson the look of the scratch, I would try 3M Swirl Mark Remover part number 39009. Skip the GS27, it is infomercial junk. If you use any kind of product like the 3M or the GS, those being abrasives they will physically remove Zaino.

Remember Zaino has no abrasives in it. I just used 3M 39002 to get rid of a pretty good scratch i had. 39009 was not cutting it (no pun intended) Just do it until the scratch is removed. If it's not bad remember the less of an abrasive the better. Try 39009 first.

The GS27 is CRAP! I was sucked into that by watching the info-mercial, too. I do not have any scratches on the Z yet, but I tried the GS27 on my Saturn. It blended in the scratch a little bit, but after a wash the follwoing week, the scratch was just as aparent. Don't waste your $$ on the GS27 like I did. I still here it from my wife for falling for that crap! She gave the famous "I told you so" line, jeez

Cool

Oh, no, not the dreaded "I told you so"! Don't think I could take that, but thanks for the info on that stuff. I had pretty much come to the conclusion that's what it was. . .
