Leather seat problem

Leather seat problem
On my drivers seat, side support near the door, the leather is almost worn through. The gray color of the leather is gone, and it is a yellowish brown color. I bought the car like this, so someone before me was letting their behind rub it everytime they got in. What is the best, most cost effective way to fix this? I sure don't want to go to GM for anything, unless I have to. Anyone else had this prob.?
