well, i did it, buffed off my very first ever coat of z-5, and i must say, it is VERY promising, i followed by doing the entire car with the z-6 spray, and if its true that it gets better with coats, then i have high hopes and expectations from zaino....but should i wash my white towels right away??

Sounds like you used too much product, 1/2 to 1 oz of Z-2 or Z-5 is plenty to cover the whole car. You will probably need to wash the towels you removed the Zaino with now, use only liquid detergent.

The towel you use with Z-6 as long as it is clean can be reused.

Well, there would be two ways, if you are using the ZFX kit, it comes with 2 ounce mixing bottles, so of course half of one of those would be 1 ounce.

If you are not using ZFX and since the Z-5 is a black bottle, perhaps pour out some Z-5 into something that you know contains one oucne or pull out small amount with a syringe (with no needle)

The Z-2 bottle would be easy as it is clear, just make 8 marks with a sharpie on the outside of the bottle.

okay, so i have been using about a nickel size for each "section" of the car, one nickel for each 4 quarter panels, both doors, the spoiler, the rear bumber, the front fascia, and one nickel for edge half of the hood, sound good, and of course, give or take a little.

Maybe a Zaino user around you will have an extra 2 oz. ZFX bottle he can give you, then you would know exactly how much you are using. Keep trying to put the polish on thinner and thinner, using less each time. You can't put Zaino on too thin.
