I just claybared my car for the first time...
I can't believe what a big difference it made! I've never claybared the car before (black Z28 vert), shes seen a lot of wax but never tried using a bar on her
Well this week I decided to give it a try since i had a lot of spare time on my hand. After going over just a small area I could already notice a HUGE difference on the paint! It's amazing what a little bar of clay can pick up, I had no idea that it could clean the surface so well. I'm not a huge looks person but I do like keeping my cars paint looking good when i wax it... After using the clay bar the surface looked as if i had just waxed it! And then I waxed the car.. and it looks even better! holy cow. My rear bumper after waxing in the past would always feel rough to the touch. Now, FINALLY, it feels suuuper smooth again! The whole car is super smooth to the touch. Unbelievable!
Anyhow, just wanted to recommend the claybar to ANYONE who really wants their car to shine (or to just clean the crap off their paint)
