Re: How do you paint your Interior?

First off you need to take off all the pieces that you want to paint off of your car. Then you will want to wash them down really good and use a degreaser to get all the armor all or meguires or whatever shine you use off the pieces. Once that is done, start sanding the pieces down with 600 gritt sand paper making sure you dont miss a spot at all. After that use the degreaser again and get all the particles off from sanding and then sand down once again with 800 gritt. Then degrease again. Once that is done get some spray primer and spray light coats of primer making sure it does not run. After you primed, spray VERY LIGHT coats of the kind of paint you are using. I used i think it was duplex interior paint or something like that but any paint will work. I used about 10 VERY LIGHT coats of paint. Once that is complete and VERY dry get some clear coat and spray that over. It should be perfect and nice and shiny. This process worked very well for me. Make sure once complete you post up some pictures.
