Hey y'all. Noticed that some rust was forming on the tips. Are these tips aluminum or stainless steel? I think they're just aluminum right? I think they came off of an SS. I just buy something that is for cleaning aluminum or polishing it? Thanks.

 

Nevr-Dull or pretty much any metal polish should work. Mother's and Eagle One can be found just about anywhere.

 

Metal polilsh should work. I use it on my ws6 exhaust that i have on my camaro and it works fine.

 

Try some steel wool. Use any polish or glass cleaner with it, and itll clean all the gunk of tips, without damaging them.

 

I have the steel tips on my firehawk and right in the manual it says to use steel wool (SOS pads). They work great, I rest my case.

 

Just about any metal cleaner will remove rust depending on how deep the rust pits are. I use Turtle wax chrome cleaner.
