Post Found fieldcrest towels for cheap, are they the right ones?

Ok guys I was at Bath and Beyond yesterday with the girl friend. I figured i would buy some towles for my car while I was there. They had fieldcrest towels there for $5.99. The tag said that it was 100% cotton and had the cotton symbol. My question is, are these good towles. I heard some where that they made a better towel and cheap towel. Do you guys think these are good to buy or not? I want to know because i have a black car and don't want to mess up all the work i just did this weekend to get rid of the swirl marks.
Thanks
Tom

Tom, I bought the Fieldcrest Royal Velvet towels last summer at Penney's and paid more than that by far. They were nice, HOWEVER, this summer I checked out the Cannon Fieldcrest website and I bought some Charisma towels for $9.99 less a 20% June Summer Sale discount so it was a great deal. Even at $9.99 it's a great deal for a great towel. And they are bigger, nicer and softer than the Royal Velvets. Check it out for yourself. Also I believe the moderator of this BB sells them, is it KevinSS, I always get the two Kevin's mixed up but both of them give great advice. Watch for MikeLS for fantastic advice, too, on all aspects of detailing. He's my "detailing guru". Have fun polishing up that fun car!
I double checked the web address. It's

Fieldcrest has many, many different versions of towels sold under their name, Royal Velvets are good, but Charismas are the best.

Those will be fine, myself, I dry with The Absorber, I don't like dealing with a bunch of wet towels, I like to keep my towels dry to use with the polish and detail spray. By the time I take the nozzle off the hose and flood the car with water after the final soap rinse this removes 90% of the standing water anyway so all there is left is just touch ups and the Absorber works well for that.
