Post FIRST TIME ZAINO USER!!!! SUCCESS STORY!!!!!

Yes, boys and girls, I finally did it!!

Washed it, dried it
Clayed it,
washed it again, dried it again
Z-1
Z-5
Z-6

I bought the ZFX for the second helping, but decided to Z-1 for a good base coat.

Overall here are my comments-

Pros- Z-5 wiped off with so little effort, it felt like my "Fieldcrest" towels were just gliding across the surface.
Cons- I still need to master the "thin coat" theory
My next day off, I will mix up 2 ounces of Z-5/ZFX for 3 more coats.
On black paint, I have never seen a better finish!!!
And by the way, I decided to dress my tires and trim while the Z-5 dried and by the time I was done, the Z-5 was ready, smear-free!!!

Yup, it's not hard at all. It only gets faster from now on.

Thumbs up

Great! Sounds like you did an excellent job! When you master the art of "thin", Z will be even easier and fun to use. I honestly don't know why some think Zaino is a hard product to use. Especially with ZFX, Z is THE easiest product I've used in terms of application and removal. Buffing is an absolute breeze! Even though Z is a very long lasting product with one or two coats, I think you'll find yourself wanting to apply as many coats as you can because each and every coat adds wetness, depth, and gloss. Welcome to the Z addiction!

Maybe all these people that are having trouble, don't let it dry enough??
When I say that this stuff came off with NO EFFORT, I mean that I barely touched the car with the towel.
As far as letting it dry, by the time I was done dressing the tires and trim, it was all set!!!!
I just gotta mix up some ZFX now, for the next 3 coats!!!!
