Clearcoat Problem?

So im in the market to buy a new Z28 and ran across this one on a site, low miles, everything great, good price. Then i find out that the owner says the clear coat is peeling from passenger side mirror to spoiler. about 5 to 6" strip.
My question is Can this be fixed by a body shop easily and not too expensive? i know nothing about paint and body. Thank You.

Matching the paint may or may not be a problem, you should check with a few body shops if you plan to purchase the car, this way you will know upfront what the costs are.
