Chrome Wheels

im starting to get this little tiny rust dots on my chrome wheels.... atleast thats what i think they are....about the size of a pin head.

anyways.......how do i get this crap off??? i just used some chrome polish with rust remover and its not really touching it. Am I going to have to take the wheels off the car and really buff the hell out of it?

I thought I was getting it on my wheels too but it turned out to be just regular old baked on grime. I used a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser to get it off. Took a little bit of elbow grease, but it cut it right outta there.
