Question Black Top Care

I just purchased a 200O Z28 about 2 weeks back and have a question about cleaning and polishing the black top. It is not convertable and not a T-Top and there are a few scratches here and there too. Should I just use my regular Meguiar's wax or is there something special needed?

Thanks,

B

So, it's a hard top then. You can treat the top like the rest of the car. You may want to get something to buff out the scratches... 3M swirl Mark remover or Meguires Scratch-X come to mind. Then finish up with the wax/polish of your choice. I prefer the synthetic/polymer stuff myself as it lasts longer, but that's up to you.

And welcome to the board! Enjoy the ride!
