Any temp fix for this?

Any temp fix for this?
It looks like the bumper was hit sometime in the past because the clear-coat is all spider-webbed and faded to pink now. Is there any way to get it looking at least a LITTLE bit better until I have the time and money to get the whole car repainted?

i cant see the damage well enough, but id try some wax first of all. it can work miracles in some cases. except for that, id suggest masking off the area, sanding it until the damaged paint is gone, hopefully leaving you the clear base, and then apply another layer of clearcoat. youll have lines where you masked it off, but it would probably look better

From the picture it does look more oxidized than accident damage.
I see do what appears to be some spider webbing, but as noted you could definitely try some 3M rubbing compound, and then/or some light sanding to bring back color....
