not camaro related - K5 and SSR
What is going on with the SSR... I was thinking, since the Silverado SS seems to let the lightning run free it looks to me that it is after the lightning's big bro the Harley edition... while that is all good maybe the SSR is supposed to do battle with the L's.. I think it was not intended that way, but since F*RD put the S/C on the HD, GM has no choice but to spring a double attack.. one for the ext. cab to take care of the HD and the other to compliment it by allowing the SSR to go up with the L's, it is RWD weighs considerably less and with enough power from an LS1 couls really beat the L stock (though i don't know how much that trendy top would cost) yes yes i know it is a temp fix for a big problem but at least then it wouldbuy GM time to update the SS and offer a 496ci in a single cab model design.....
Also.. .what is going on with the damn K5. It looked killer and I thought it was coming out for 2003... any news on that... what is the deal????? when are the Chevy SUV's getting the UGLY treatment? 2004, is that when we see the K5, and while we are at it.. how come no Tahoe SS like before, i'm sure Jon Moss has something he is playing with.... COME ON GM - GO specival vehicles... i don't want to have to settle for a F*RD for performance ( i can't believe i am even saying those two workds in a sentence)
