With ups I think you can just email the labels to me but with fedex I haven't ever been able to do that. Best bet is to just make up the labels, copy the address bar, and email that to me. Then I can click the link and print the labels. The key is that I have to know when you send it and print the labels within a short time. Fedex is usually the best price on this size package and we have a daily pickup.
