doesnt matter what color or if its painted or what, looking for a cheaper cowl hood, cause i dont wanna fork out over 500 bucks. Either VFN or Glasstek, w/e you got. let me know. also pics would be great. TIA

 

i've got a Harwood hood for 93-97. Its not reg cowl though. it has a 1"x12" scoop in the front and widens and raises to a 3" cowl. Made of fiberglass and hasn't been cut on. It has minor damage on the corners where brackets are... damn ups freight shipping.... i just removed it to sell the car and i'm about to sand and prime it. i paid 390+shipping or around there, after the prep and priming, i could do 200+shipping.

The hood looked awesome on my car even with the black gelcoat. it started to fade and my car got broken into so i'm selling the car and i want to pass it on to someone else. i REALLY wish they'd made on for the newer style of camaro.. Oh and a note to those out there, i've only seen this hood on 1 other car in person. the car was blue with white stripes and the stripes looked HARDCORE on the hood!

 

thanks for the quick reply, hoever I am not a big fan of that style. I was hoping to find someone with a VFN style hood. I will consider that style however. how is the condition of the gelcoat?
