Im looking to get the lambo door hinges installed. Anyone selling them, or have any info on what i should watch out for??

 

Pain in the ***. They say they are bolt on no cutting required-they are full of it. I have the hinges if you want to try it. I put one on the drivers door but am going to take it off and weld the peice I cut out back on. Let me know if interested. Had to drill holes in the hinge to get it to line up. Could send pictures of what you have to cut out to get the hinge to fit, and you might have to cut the upper fender to get it to open if you have a camaro-not sure about the firebird.

 

i was quoted from a place that did my body work when i wrecked it for $1500, i asked them what would all be involved and they said they would have to cut into the fender for the hinges and then mold the fender back on, im willing to have them do it cause theyre gonna do all the work but if its gonna make the car look deformed when the doors are closed or theres gonna be a big hole in the fender, i wont have them do it
