I have a XE 224/230 112 with the springs that come with the Cmotorsports cam package (EX components or something) that literally have 15 miles on them. Let me know.

It is the low lift version (works great with stock or mildly ported heads) and I can look the numbers up if you want me to. Umm how does $200 plus shipping for both the cam and springs sound?

Yes the springs are meant for the cam, they were supplied by Combo Motorsports for use with the cam. The springs are either the EX Components 611 (part # EX-611-16) or 612 (part # EX-612-16). I am going to find out which one Combo Motorsports supplies with their cam kit.

last question I also am assuming the springs with fit in the stock location (seats) so i dont have to take the heads off to be machined? if so then i think we can work something out. thanks again

Yes, the springs are designed to fit the stock heads with no machining required. (I installed them myself in my garage.)
