1979 Z28 steering wheel ball bearings

Hello,
My son and I are rebuilding his 1979 Z28 and ran into an issue. We took apart the steering column and noticed that when we did, there were ball bearings falling out. I have been looking and i'm having a hard time finding them to buy new ones. Can someone point me in the right direction. Any help would be appreciated.

This may or may not help as I am unsure what actual part you are looking for, but hopefully this at least points you in the right direction: https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/...cid+v8,1035212

There are steering column kits at most aftermarket Camaro restoration parts suppliers .Some Auto parts suppliers.Maybe even Chevrolet could help you sine they have used these columns it seems forever.Or even pick up the pieces and check at a bearing supply store such as Brown Bearing is another,
