Trade!!! LUXERY CAR FOR YOUR...
I have a 93 Nissan Maxima that I will trade you for your Z28 or Firebird. Color is Pearl White and is beautiful. This is not a winter beater, but a true luxury car. Has factory 10 disk changer, Bose system. Has power sunroof. Car even has IRS(indipendant rear suspension!) Rides better than a Lincoln Town Car of the same year. Car was over $26K new.
Car is a 5 speed, not a slow auto. This is the SE model with the 190 hp engine. 24V DOCH engine, not a slug like the other model. Car has 130,000 miles, which is just geting broke in for these cars! These cars often go farter than 250K+ miles with ease.
Bought from my buddies wife after they bought a new BMW for her. Body is in great condition, interior is in great condition.
Let me know if interested. Its the sporty maxima, not the really boxy styled one.
Car gets I would guess about 37 mpg.
Car really is surprisingly quick! Ive also got a 94 Cobra/Saleen and a 99GT/Saleen so this car has NOT been riced out or raced. I just wouldnt mind having a LT1 to compliment my collection. Really must see to beleave. Take one ride, and you will want her I know it.

thats a nice looking car! its looks very nice...
however for an even trade, i doubt you'll get a 93+ fbody that either has somewhat low miles and its gonna at least some problems with it...
are u offering money as well?
but you never know...good luck

I think if anyone with a firebird/camaro out there has ever ridden in a new(er) maxima, and they want to get rid of there car for something a little more "user friendly" they will do an even trade.
No, im not looking for low mileage or perfect, as I really dont care too much about the body. Im not looking for a "heap" either.
I have seen higher milage 93's and 94's sell for 1500-2000 in my area because the market is just not there for us guys, like it is for the imports.
As for the problems, that is fine, any v8 car that is 10 years old will have some problems, i can live with that.
No, not looking to spend any money, just an even trade. If someone out there is looking to step up in reliability and ride quality, then maybe they will be interested in a trade.
Later man!
Brian

Heh no offense to you either, but if in your area you can buy 93+ camaros or TA's even in decent condition, I suggest you start buying and reselling and become a millionaire very quickly..
I don't even have an F-Body (Vette owner here. but I had an '87 TA once), but let's not start with the 'How cheap I can buy your car' here. if it's THAT cheap, BU it and keep your 'luxury' maxima.
(Which by the way is considered a Standard Sedan, far cry from a 'luxury')

Im not going to argue with you, but how many sedans do you know of that come with IRS? How many other sedans in 93 had a sticker of over 26K? Come to think of it, 10 years later, how many sedans do you think sell for 26K now?
I know it is not in the luxery class, but it was Nissan's luxery car of the 90's. You think the only cars that are luxery are Caddies and Lincolns? Anyway, not gonna argue with you. If your not interested, move on please. Im not here to argue a moot point, ummkay.
ps, I never said it would be a perfect car for 1500. I seen one 94 with cam, couple other mods sell for 2000.
My buddy now has a 93-94 that needs a front plastic piece an paint that is forsale for 1500
Another buddy just bought a 95 TA with leather, all options for 1500, but it had a knock.

By the way, if ya really dont think its luxery, go drive one. Then come back here and tell me another car of that year that drives better, fits more people, comes with as many options, etc.. It may not be in the Luxery class, but it should be because those are the only cars of those years that drive and ride like this one.
ps, I dont consider a older vette or TA a sports car due to its factory performance and sluggish nature , but that just me. Who am I to decide

Look, im not trying to argue or **** any of you off. I own 3 domestics myself, and they do NOT hold there value like a import does. It pisses me off more than it does you because I have so much money into domestics, trust me.
My maxima does not need anything at all, those camaro's and firebirds for 1500 do.
So, why would my car be only worth 1500?

OK.....
let's start over....what are you basing the value of your car at? I'm not going to trade my TA, but I would be interested in buying your car outright, and you can go buy what you want with cash in hand. I based my $1500 offer on YOUR statement that you can buy a Camaro or Firebird for $1500-$2000. If that's so, then the same amount of money should buy your car outright, correct?
Re: so....
PS, one more thing. I had a guy trade me EVEN a 1997 6 speed Z28 for my ex 4cyl turned 5.0 1989 modded mustang.

Re: OK.....
I still think you are missing the point. The camaro's and birds that you can get for around 1500-2000 here need work. My car needs NOTHING. Why is that so hard to understand? I never said I can find a perfect 93+ Z or bird for 1500 did I? Thats like you cant find a perfect 93+ maxima for 1500 either, but if you look around, im sure you can find one that needs body parts or something for 1500 or so, just like a Z or bird.
If there is someone out there who has a Z or bird who is looking to get something more comfortable and get better gas milage and cant seem to unload there car, then maybe they would be interested. If not, that is cool. I think there will be though since I have gotten 3 emails allready.
2nd, I would not expect anyone to trade me a mint 93+ car for mine, if they did, then thats there loss. I dont want a POS either, that would be my loss.
ps, just remembered, another buddy of mine messed his front end up, didnt hit hard enough to deploy the airbags though, drove the car home and sold it for 1500. I want to say that car had the chrome ZR1 wheels, but I may be mistaken. This car was a 96 too I beleave, possibly a 97, cant remember for sure.
I am in Va, and I have a couple buddies on this board from my hometown(No clue what there user names are) and can vouche for everything I say.
psss, just remembered, another buddy sold his 93 Z for 1500, possibly for 2000 because it had 140,XXX miles and was apparently considered a "high milage" car. 140K miles is just getting warmed up for an import, dont forget that.

You are the biggest *** in the world, wrecked camaros/ta's go for 4 grand! WRECKED! Your maxima? no one wants it, you know why? cuz of its SLUGISH NATURE!!! hahaha. A good Trans AM with no mods & 90k miles will go for $8700, our cars value doesn't drop like every domestic, you know why? Cuz they are good cars, your maxima on the other hand, noone wants cuz its not known for anything, no power, etc... Also, our cars break down? I've yet to see any LT1 car actually break down except for regular maintenance & opti spark, nothing else. & when something like that does go, ohh well who cares cuz we have this board & we get deals on here that are 1/8th of dealer cost sometimes free! I dont see that kinda luxury for your Maxima, you are definetly stupid for posting everything you just did.

I dont care if ya beleave me or not, but I have seen several Z's here forsale for 5K that are not wrecked. Anyway, my maxima has right at 200 hp, which yes, is slow, but not to be a v6. Hell, I think I can remember a day when mustangs and camaro's were making a little more than that with a v8, dont you?
Like I said earlier, im not here to argue. If someone wants to make a trade(obviosly there are some out there due the emails) then thats cool. Dont get pissy and call me a *** for pointing out the obvious pal.
Most mustang guys I know think all f-body owners are a ****,and I wonder why? Thank god the f-body owners I know dont act like some of the whiney *** guys I see here. Most of my friends own the F-body's and told me to post my Maxima here, go figure I guess. Grow up
