Traction bars For Sale? What do they fit??

I got these from a friend at work. They are a traction bar set made to mount to you rear end. They are made by "South Side Machine Shop in Smithville, OH" "Home of the original lift bars". He said that they were for a 3rd gen F-Body??? I have never seen these before but i'm a 4th gen guy. I know that he also had a mustang so I am wondering if he is confused on the application.

Anyways, they are for sale. Can you help me figure out what they fit, what they are worth and if you want them. Perfer local pickup as they are heavyduty and I'm sure they make the vehicle hook up. They look like quality pieces.
I have a few pic if it will help but I am unable to attach????.
Thanks

Here is the update on them. They are made to fit a third or forth gen. Here is a link to an installed pic on a forth gen.
