Situation I had with Michael Kelly aka Black95Form that turned out great...

Last spring I purchased a 355 from Michael. He assured me that the motor was in perfect shape when he pulled it out. I did not get a chance to install the motor until July (finance issues). Well when I installed the motor it had a vibration in it and the hub had a wobble in it. I called Michael and he said it was fine in his car but he remembered that he did have the flywheel balanced with the motor. He sent me the flywheel and I put it on the motor and the vibration got worse. Well, due to financial issues I did not have the funds to pull the motor out right then so it sat until a few weeks ago. I pulled the motor out and had the machine shop take a look at everything and found out that the crank was bent and had a few cracks in it. So I had to have the motor completely rebuilt (which was a sizeable amount of cash I did not have to spend)

I called Michael and explained the situation to him and he could not understand why it was damaged the way the machine shop explained. Well after about a week of emailing back and forth we came upon a conclusion that seemed fair for both parties so that no one felt like they got screwed out of anything.

Basically what I am trying to say is that in a situation where blame and cause is very hard to determine Michael Kelly very civally and mautrely worked out a deal with myself and we are both satisified with the outcome.

So if any of you guys think about doing business with him, he is definately a great guy to do business with

Thanks again Michael!!!
