Watch out for this guy... I screwed me out of about $200+.

He bought an electric cut out cap from me that had just had the motor replaced my QTP. Once he got it he complained that it didn't work to his standards and that he wanted his money back and he would return the item. I refunded all of this money and the item has NEVER been returned. The last e-mail I got from him he said he would send it on 12/3 and I still haven't seen it. Now he is ignoring my e-mail and pm's.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY!

EDIT: He has ignored 3 out of 4 e-mails and a PM on the board that he read yesterday (12/23) that he didn't respond to. He is the refund to prove it Refund

Cut out is on the way...(ups is very slow at this time of the year!!!) I told you that I had a car accident (I post in on the board 2 weeks ago). I didn’t have access to the car (school and then it was in the body shop). Next time please send me working unit, so I don’t have to send it back to you. Also you promise that you will pay foe the shipping to you, and you didn’t (thats why I send it as cheap as possible).

I never said I would pay for it to be shipped back, I refunded all your money including the $5 that you said it would cost to be shipped to you.... that was the deal. I never said anything about paying for it to be shipped back to me. Got a tracking number?

EDIT: If you sent it why didn't you e-mail me or even responed to the e-mails I sent you for the last 2 weeks????

Don’t have it right now, I will send it to you tomorrow or day after that...I dint send it, my friend send it and he have tracking #....I didn’t have time to send it, because I work from 8.00am to 10.00pm (liquor store), so I ask my friend to send it to you. I don’t have time to respond to every mail you send to me, it is hard enough to work 14h a day…

First of all you said that cut out was brand new (never used). This was a lie!!! (the cut out was visible sings of wear) You said that cut out was replaced by QTP, but when I get it is didn’t work as is should (it didn’t close) ANOTHER LIE!!! , the switch was broken, and after one days of using it is stop working at all. I asked you for refund, and you did that (only time you didn’t lie!!) When I send first mail (about the issue that the cut out is used and it don’t work as is should), you respond after 5 days!!! I never said that the cut out was shipped on 12/3..I said that I will try to ship it that day...I didn’t had access to the car to last Friday (when I take it from body shop), and my job don’t allow me to spend 2 hours removing the cut out and shipping it...If you wouldn’t lie on the beginning we would have all those issues!!! Happy holiday for everybody.

It appears it was sent out of 12/26... not when scyzoryk said it was. But it appears it is on the way.

 

It was send on 12/24 (check again!!!)...
