Just looking to get back on the road. I lost interest sold my Trans Am a few years ago but kept the motor i built and never ran. I just recently purchased a 97 Camaro with a locked down engine. I was thinking about throwing the low compression motor I had built in it for now. Maybe this will get me motivated to start throwing money at it again. Will it hurt any to run this with no turbo/super charger for a while...?

 

Well that's going to depend on how much you loweered the compression from the stock 10.5:1 but it just won't perform to it's max potential until you boost it.
