I have a set of KOOKS long tube headers and y pipe without cat, looking to put CARB legal shorties on with air pump, cats, and all the stock smog equipment.

Is your car 50 state legal and will you be taking the smog equipment off?

50 state legal, i deleted my air/egr but the shorty headers have the hookups still

Just to clarify - in 95 there was a 49-state version of the LT1 with A4 trans (single-cat exhaust) and a California Emissions version of the LT1 with A4 trans (dual-cat exhaust).
