Angry question

I payed this guy for a HPPIII like a week ago and i still did not recive my item!!!
i payied him with paypall
What showld i do?

Wait longer, if you paid with credit card he might be waiting for the money order paypal sends him to come. If hes lazy he just hasn't sent it yet. After 2 weeks I would start to worry, just send an e-mail to see whats going on.

i sent him the payment the next day he told me that he recived the money after that he told me that he will ship the item the next day on tuesday he sent me an email saying that i showld recive the item in 2-3 days today is the 4th day i did not recive anything. he gave me a tracking # but it does not work!!! and now he does not reply to my emails......

You can file a complaint with Paypal.
He will have to prove he shipped it with a valid Tracking Number, etc...
It cost a little bit of money to do if I remember right, but its worth it to not have a 100% loss on the money.

thx a lot i will still wait a coupple of days if it does not show up i will file a complaint. do u think i showld tell him if he does not send me the item i will file a complaint.

If He is worried about your business, his money, and keeping those that buy from him happy, he would be willing to communicate. It doesn't take but 2 seconds to read an e-mail, and reply with some sort of a update.

If he gets the money and totally drops off the face of the Earth, odds are he is trying to scam you. I have never been 100% scammed I have lost a little bit of money getting my money back, but the the few cases of people who tried lying about parts being shipped, NOT ONE could provide a valid tracking number. Consider lack of communicate once payment has been received red flag number one, and a bum tracking number (Or Not getting one at all) red flag number two...
