Will the pan fit a 383 lt1?Is it a 6 qt pan?Do you have pics?I call dibs on the pan ,pump and pick up tube !!!!after the short block is gone!!!...

The solid roller was in the 383 and specifically spec'ed to use a 6600-6800 shift point to avoid the issue you mention. The first solid roller I had in there wanted to zing right past 7000, andin turn shut right down.

Lots of people want the pan. Just to be clear, look up the part #, this is NOT the F-body specific Canton pan, but it is for 1pc seal engine. It fits my tubular k-member no prob, but I've no idea about a stock k-member.
