I just picked up a new P4C 3.0GHz 800Mhz FSB CPU. After I bought it, I realised that my Mobo only supports 533MHz FSB, I had it mixed up with the P4P-800 mobo.. I don't really want to upgrade my Mobo just for the CPU, so if anyone wants it, I'll sell it.

It's a socket 478, and is OEM takeout, but works perfectly. I tested it in my friends system. Also comes with a big honkin heat sink and fan. I'll sell it for $235 shipped. These go for about $300 new. My loss is your gain.

Comes with a Vantec GSN-7015 fan/heatsink (good combo).

These CPU's now sell for $225 brand new with a heatsink and OEM versions usually sell for around $200.
