MSD/Vortech ignition with Boost Timing Control
It is a stand alone. Here is the link to it on Vortechs website...

To answer some questions for those who asked...this unit works well with any turbo or supercharger setup. You simply route a vacuum line from your intake to the ignition box, connect the other four wires, set the degree(s) of timing you want to be retarded for each psi and thats it. The system is designed so the user can run the timing more advanced than with a non-boost controlled ignition which allows for better throttle response and acceleration at lower rpm and lower boost levels. Hope this helps.
I am new to this board and computers so bare with me. If this does everything that the MSD BTM does I want it. Do you have the plug and play harnes for the LT1 ignition system for installation? How would you like payment?
Honestly I have no experience with the MSD BTM but I got a good deal on this so I bought it instead of the MSD BTM. The only feature I believe the BTM has that this doesnt is the ability to prevent the timing from retarding until a preset boost level is reached. For instance the BTM can be setup where it wont retard the timing at all until say 3psi, then it will retard 1* up to 3* of timing for every psi after 3psi where this unit will start retarding the timing at 1psi and up. The installation instructions for the BTM ignition system is linked below but should be the same as this unit. I dont know if there is an Lt1 plug and play harness for this, seems like it would be simple enough to install as it is? I can accept Paypal, check, or money order but will not ship until the payment has cleared. Private Message me for my address or info on using Paypal to send the money if you dont want to send a check or money order. If you use Paypal you can use a credit card to pay me plus Paypal usually tries to protect you from getting ripped off when buying things on the internet. Some people hate Paypal but I have had good luck with them. You can check out their website at www.paypal.com for more info. Thanks.
