Chris hasn't answered any email I've sent this week -big surprise.

I have taken the matter up with my credit card company, and they took over the handling of this matter since Tuesday. I just wanted to put this info up lest Chris come back complaining of how he is out his exhaust AND the contested credit card amount.

I had given him every chance.

Good luck with your credit card company and with Paypal I have been there before both will try and get you to use the other and mine was only for 50 bucks. I cant believe it costs 300 bucks to fix it and you guys couldnt work it out but good luck to you both

 

I highly doubt this guy is a lawyer. If he is a lawyer, someone at The Florida Board of Bar Examiners should be fired. In Florida, as in most states, one applies to take the bar examination only after they have acquired their juris doctor degree at an American Bar Association accredited law school. I did some research recently and it turns out there are basically NO ABA-accredited law schools that will accept students into their juris doctor program(which requires a minimum of 3 years study btw) without the applicant first completing their bachelor's degree at an APPROVED 4 year college. So that basically means...around 6 years of study at an ABSOLUTE minimum, AFTER high school. Most people take 4 years to get a bachelor's degree and another 4 to get their Juris Doctorate. Thats 8 years of study. If there is one thing that they focus on very heavily in law school, it's language. Language is the essence of law. Our supreme court justices are there only for the purpose of interpreting the constitution and applying it to the real world. In practice they are also charged with divining meaning and intent from the constitution.

IN SHORT, THIS GUY TALKS LIKE A 9TH GRADE STUDENT WITH A 2.0 GPA. Don't get me wrong I am no saint. I dropped out of school in 8th grade...but I don't think I am dumb enough to believe that this guy is a lawyer!!!

By your first year of law school, you usually have a grasp of basic English skills, such as comma usage. (I speak from experience)

Appreciate the offer, but that was 5 months ago. Paypal screwed me into keeping it, I contested the charge, my credit card stood behind me, and Paypal still screwed me. It came where I had to sell it to payback Paypal.
