hey thanks for replying everyone. I did go to the bank and they told me it hadnt came back yet but they dont generaly cancel a cashiers check unless it has been a month. I am gonna try to see if the manager of the bank wont push it through for me. If not then I am no longer banking there. thanks for all the posts fellas. Remember his S/N on here is BIGBLOCK_Z28....DO NOT BUY FROM HIM.

UPDATE: 4-10-2003

I went to the bank and talk to the president, He told me that they cannot cancel the check until it is 90 days old. He said it is illegal. The only way they could of cancelled the check is if I had come in and told a little fib and said I lost it and signed a waiver. So heres a heads to all of you who use cashiers checks if you send money to someone and feel you are gonna get ripped off...go to the bank and tell them you lost the damn thing and get your money back. you can always send a new check and apologize if the parts do come.

Now I am just waiting for the guy to cash the check(actually hasnt cashed it still) so i can get zerox copies of the front and back adn send them and my story to www.fraud.org inevitably i will probably not get my money or the borla ever but maybe i can stop this guy from ripping anyone else off. take care guys. And use COD if you dont know the person.

Sorry about what happened, I got screwed before myself. Do you think that that guy would be interested in a bunch of magazine subscriptions? Like the "cards" that are found in magazines that say "Bill me later"? Just a thought.

I'm glad for you he put his ssn on there. With that you can track him down anywhere! Call the police now......isn't it a federal crime when this kind of stuff crosses the state lines? Or is it over a certain amount? Hmmmm....something to look into.

Good Luck,

Travis

If you have his e-mail address, you could always sign him up for all those "free" newsletters and such. Once you do, he will get SPAM city in his e-mail box.

Maybe some of those neat little "****" sites that say they will send you free pics? If he is married, that would be a hoot, especially if you send some "gay" ones!!! LOL!!!

Find a website where gays hang out and then post his name and address saying that he is looking a few partners.
