FS: 1994 Trans Am
I'm selling my 1994 Trans Am, asking $5500 obo.
Here's the details:
The car is dark metallic green with dark gray leather interior, with a rip on the drivers side bolster only. When I bought the car it came with '00 Trans Am wheels. The car has non-leaking T-tops, white-face gauges, and will come with the stock tape deck.
I'm not sure what options were standard, so I'll list them all:
Power windows, Power brakes, Power locks, Lumbar seats, tilt wheel, Air Conditioning (Recharged last year [R-134A]),Tires in the rear are like new, 50% on the front maybe more. Minor mods are listed in my sig, and has never undergone a cam or head swap to my knowledge. 3.73 gears and an Auburn posi were professionally installed approx. 5 months ago and produce no whine. The 6-speed trans was fully rebuilt last year along with a new clutch. I have receipts for the trans and rearend. There is almost 120k on the car now and runs perfect. No misses, no ticks or knocks, and has never leaked or burned a drop of oil since I bought it 30k ago. I can go 3000 miles between oil changes and have the dipstick just as fell as when I changed it before. Front brakes were professionally done last year with receipts. (lifetime rotors)
Imperfections:
The steering is a little loose at higher speeds and could probably use new tie rods. I'm not for sure on this one, it just started happening and hasn't been looked at yet. There is a scrape on the very bottom of the passenger side door about 1 foot long that is faintly noticeable, not wide at all. On the front bumper near the driverside foglight there is a decent amount of paint damage where i hit a pole. The bumper is not dented, the paint just spidercracked and flaked off. The driverside window does not roll up correctly, it needs to be held in place as it is rolled up to close properly, but does not require force. I may choose to fix the issue with the window, but I haven't decided yet, since it requires minimal effort. The cruise control also hasn't worked since I bought the car 2 years ago. Tha ABS Inop light is also on, when scanned it pulled a Right Rear wheel speed sensor fault, which in most cases only requires cleaning and not necessarily replacement.
The car was stored during the winters I owned it and driven daily during the summer. The paint is in excellent shape without any fading, and feels like glass. Plugs and wires were changed 5k ago with OEM replacements. Radiator was flushed soon after I bought it. The interior is in great shape without any rips or tears except what was mentioned above in the driver seat.
I do not have any pictures of the car yet, I will post some if needed.
The average retail as stated by nada.com is $6100, I'm asking $5500 or best with the car's imperfections in mind.

Re: FS: 1994 Trans Am
Might be interested in possible trade + cash, I'm selling this car because I can't afford it anymore. I need something cheaper, a h/c car would be nice, but I'd also like something with better mileage.
Re: FS: 1994 Trans Am
I'ed consider tradeing you but there couldn't be any cash involved. I spent over $4000 within the last year restoreing it and doing minor mods/bolt on's. Been looking for a 4th gen bird for a while now.I use it as a showcar, not a daily driver. Nothing leaks, burns nothing but gas, everything on the car works,I mean everything.88 GTA 355TPI,700r4 auto,327 geard 9 bolt rear. 27k on rebuilt .30 over 350,almost 19k on trans and a little over 3k on rear.
